The service

BrewNight provides deck and collection tools, educational references, personal notes and simulated deck practice. Features, supported cards and service capacity can change. Practice sessions can end during maintenance, a deployment or a connection failure.

Guides, combo references, pricing and practice results may contain errors or become outdated. They are not official rulings, tournament eligibility decisions, guarantees of deck performance or guarantees of market value. Check relevant official rules and provider information when accuracy matters.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Use an account you are authorized to control. You must be legally able to agree to these terms, or have a parent or guardian’s approval where required.

Do not access another person’s private data, bypass authentication or capacity limits, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or infringing material. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address misuse.

Your decks, collection and notes

You retain your rights in the original content you submit. You give Voqera Labs LLC a nonexclusive permission to store, process, back up and display that content as needed to provide the features you use. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content or grant us ownership of third-party card material.

Your collection and private notes are restricted to your account. Deck drafts stay private unless you publish a snapshot. Public decks can be discovered; unlisted decks can be viewed by anyone with the link. Your handle, profile bio and posted comments are visible with those features, and other users may save independent copies of shared decks. Deck lists do not establish ownership of physical cards. You are responsible for the accuracy of your collection entries and for having any permissions needed for content you submit.

Deck exports and a full account JSON download are available in the app. You can permanently delete your account from account settings, with identity verification and explicit confirmation. For access or deletion you cannot complete there, contact [email protected] from your account email. Retention, backups and account verification are explained in the privacy policy.

Third-party content and software

BrewNight is an unofficial, independent fan companion. Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro and the named data providers do not endorse or sponsor it. Card names, text, images, symbols and marks remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant you a license to that material.

External links lead to services operated by others under their own terms and privacy practices.

Third-party software has its own license terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted by an applicable open-source license. See the sources and notices.

Availability and responsibility

Your use remains subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections where you live.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep copies of information important to you. These terms do not exclude or limit rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
